Job Responsibilities: Creating reusable components/functions using UFT/Selenium web driver and make them available for the rest of the team. Perform the feasibility study on the list of committed user stories. Responsible for creating automation dashboard and send it across to desired managers. Look after automation regression testing during the critical releases. Responsible to make sure Automation code is committed to SVN on daily basis. Preparing weekly team status report and send it across to required managers. Responsible for creating automation framework using automation tools such as UFT, Selenium web driver in Java language with cucumber framework. Responsible for automating web applications and web services functionalities. API is test is performed using soapUI tool. Responsible to make sure functional test cases are automated during sprints. Running selenium web driver automation scripts using TestNG/Junit framework. Responsible for creating automation test plan and design document. Good understanding of SOA principles and architecture. Should have experience in SOAP and REST services. Perform backend testing using SQL in Oracle database.

Technical skills required: Six years of software QA with automation testing experience using HP UFT/QTP, Selenium suite. Testing web services using HP UFT, Selenium, Rally, Cucumber. Work on Java, .Net, Microsoft CRM Platforms. Experience working in an Agile development environment, HP ALM/Quality Center/TestDirector, Automation framework, Core Java, JIRA, VB Script, TestNg Framework, RESTful webservices, XML, SoapUI, TFS, UNIX, Oracle, SQL, TOAD, Linux and Windows OS.

Education qualifications: BS or equiv. in CS, CIS, Computer Applications, Software Engineering or combination of education and experience.
